This annual festival, held at Solitude Mountain Resort in the heart of the Wasatch Range, benefits 3 Squares, a nonprofit focused on fighting hunger in Utah.  Chefs from fine restaurants around the state donate their skills to deliver delicious samplings of trademark culinary delights.  Coupled with music, auctions, and fine wines & spirits, the event showcases the diverse offerings of Utah cuisine.
